Senior Designer

We are looking for a full-time experience designer who can concept, design and present amazing work. We need someone with a broad skill set with experience designing a full range of exhibits, corporate interiors, and event environments. Design is at the forefront of our process: our designers drive projects from start to finish. They must be adept from concept inception through drawings/models for estimating and production. Familiarity with current trends in design, build materials and technology application in exhibits is a must.

  • Masterful at juggling multiple projects on deadline.

Skills required:

  • At least 6 years of applicable creative experience.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques – custom, modular, tension fabric, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of structural principles.
  • Rendering skills in Strata, 3DS Max or similar 3D software.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of cad software (Vectorworks, AutoCad) is preferable.

Project Manager (Chantilly)

The Project Manager is responsible for directing exhibit projects through the production process, ensuring on time completion according to quality standards, budget and client expectations. They work with the Sales Department in pre-sale activities necessary to secure the award of potential new business. Upon award, the assigned Project Manager will work closely with clients, the graphics department, vendors and suppliers, the custom department, the service department and the accounting department. For Asset Management Clients, the Project Manager will work closely with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless client experience.



Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous computer experience with MS Office Products such as Word and Excel is required. Must have good typing skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized. Previous database and trade show experience are a plus. Customer service experience and a positive attitude are required. This job requires the ability to manage multiple projects on a tight time schedule and maintain attention to detail.
