Atlantic tells their story at EXHIBITOR2010

Chantilly, VA — March 2. Atlantic Exhibits – formerly Atlantic Skyline – puts their money where their passion is as a first year exhibitor at EXHIBITOR2010. Britt Ford, Director of Marketing and Communications said, “We really got excited about exhibiting. With over 22 years in the trade show industry, we know Atlantic has a great story to tell – it’s time to “walk the walk”. Coincidentally, Exhibitor was celebrating its 22nd year of success too, so it was the perfect opportunity for our coming out.”

In 2009 – after 20 plus years as an extremely successful, sole source distributor of portable and modular exhibits – Atlantic decided it was time to broaden its offerings by developing a fully functional custom manufacturing and graphics operation, an expanded asset management program, a more diverse offering of portable solutions, and a real commitment to helping clients achieve quantifiable metrics. “As the industry continues to evolve, many of our clients are looking for a full-service event marketing partner,” said Greg Beach, President and COO of Atlantic. “More often than not, we find ourselves doing much more than just selling an exhibit. We’re helping our clients integrate their trade show program into the overall global marketing strategy to produce successful events with real measurable results.”

It was this growth that sparked the need for Atlantic to get out and tell their story. To develop the show messaging, Atlantic looked inward by hosting a theme and exhibit design contest, open to the entire company. Teams submitted exhibit designs, pre- and post-show marketing pieces, at-show give-a-ways and premium contest prizes. The winning entry received an all expenses paid trip to Las Vegas to attend and staff this year’s booth. “We really had a lot of fun with this contest,” Britt Ford commented. “We ended up with eight teams of people who you would never expect to come together: designers with warehouse technicians and sales people, custom cabinet makers with project managers and office administrators. The buzz and excitement here was truly amazing.”

The winning theme – Stories told. Growth exhibited. While the actual exhibit design is still under wraps, Atlantic is encouraging show attendees to visit booth number 1354 to help write the outline of their corporate story. While there, they can register for a free Amazon Kindle reading device to be given away and learn how their story can become a tale of growth.
